Application

YJV is a single-core medium voltage (MV) power cable featuring a stranded copper conductor, XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation, and a PVC or PE outer sheath. It is designed for reliable power transmission in systems rated from 3.6/6kV to 26/35kV, widely used in urban infrastructure, industrial facilities, and power utilities.

The copper conductor offers superior electrical conductivity, ensuring minimal power loss and stable current-carrying capacity. XLPE insulation provides high thermal stability, allowing continuous operation at 90°C and short-circuit endurance up to 250°C. It also delivers excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and insulation reliability.

YJV cables can be installed underground, in ducts, or on cable trays, and are suitable for environments requiring high electrical performance with moderate mechanical protection. For grounded systems, optional metallic screening (e.g., copper tape or concentric wires) can be added.

Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60502-2, YJV cables meet global standards for flame retardancy, electrical safety, and long service life. With its robust copper core and durable XLPE insulation, YJV is the preferred choice for medium voltage energy distribution in demanding applications.
