XLPE Insulation Unarmoured Power Cable

XLPE insulated unarmoured cable for efficient power transmission.

Lightweight and flexible – ideal for indoor and conduit use.

High thermal resistance and excellent electrical performance.

IEC/BS standard XLPE cables, factory direct.

Reliable low-voltage cable for residential and commercial wiring.

Application

XLPE Insulation Unarmoured Power Cable is designed for efficient and reliable power transmission in industrial, commercial, and residential applications. It features high-quality copper or aluminum conductors insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), known for its excellent thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties.

The XLPE insulation provides superior heat resistance, allowing continuous operation at temperatures up to 90°C and short-circuit tolerance up to 250°C. This cable type offers excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, abrasion, and aging, ensuring long service life even in harsh environments.

Being unarmoured, this cable is lightweight and flexible, ideal for installations in conduits, cable trays, and indoor wiring systems where mechanical protection is not a primary concern. It supports safe and efficient energy distribution with minimal power loss and enhanced dielectric strength.
