The 0.6/1kV Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC), manufactured according to GB/T 12527, is designed for overhead low-voltage power distribution, particularly in urban, rural, forested, and mountainous areas where safety and reliability are critical.

This cable consists of aluminum or aluminum alloy phase conductors, insulated with weather-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). A neutral conductor, often bare or insulated, serves as a supporting messenger. The bundled, insulated design significantly reduces short-circuit risks, improves safety, and allows for closer pole spacing and simplified installations.

Compared to traditional bare conductors, ABC offers better protection against environmental interference, such as tree branches, lightning, or accidental contact. It is ideal for power lines in residential areas, temporary installations, and network upgrades where minimizing right-of-way and infrastructure cost is important.

The cable operates efficiently at 0.6/1kV, with insulation rated for continuous service at 90°C. It complies fully with Chinese standard GB/T 12527, ensuring consistent mechanical strength, UV resistance, and electrical insulation performance.
