Application
Medium Voltage Three-Core Aluminum Cable is engineered for balanced and efficient power distribution in three-phase electrical systems operating between 3.6/6 kV and 26/35 kV. Utilizing stranded aluminum conductors, it offers a lightweight yet robust solution ideal for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Each core is individually insulated with high-performance XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), ensuring excellent dielectric properties and resistance to thermal aging. The three-core configuration allows for compact cable construction, reducing installation space and simplifying wiring in underground ducts, cable trays, and industrial settings.
The cable incorporates metallic shielding—typically copper tape or wire screens—around each core or the entire assembly, minimizing electromagnetic interference and enhancing fault current capability. Its outer sheath, available in PVC or LSZH, provides protection against mechanical stresses, UV radiation, and chemical exposure, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
