High-purity copper wire with excellent flexibility.
Direct factory supply of solid and stranded copper.
Bare copper conductor – durable, efficient, and reliable.
Application
Bare copper conductor is a high-purity, uninsulated electrical conductor made from electrolytic grade copper, offering excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. With conductivity up to 100% IACS, it ensures minimal energy loss and is ideal for grounding, bonding, and power distribution systems.
Available in solid or stranded form, and in hard-drawn or annealed conditions, bare copper conductors provide flexibility and mechanical strength for diverse applications. They are corrosion-resistant in dry environments and perform reliably in both indoor and outdoor installations.
Common applications include grounding grids, lightning protection, overhead lines, and electrical substations. In grounding systems, it offers a low-resistance path to earth, improving safety and surge protection.
Manufactured in compliance with standards such as ASTM B3, ASTM B8, and IEC 60228, bare copper conductors are valued for their long service life, high conductivity, and full recyclability. As a trusted material in power and grounding infrastructure, they support stable and efficient electrical performance across a wide range of industries.
Specifications
